About SP Membership
Any entity providing services to the research and education community can be a Service Provider (SP) in eduID.ng. This includes:
- Academic institutions
- Research projects
- Libraries
- Commercial providers
Requirements
- Join eduID.ng and agree to the Federation Policy
- Publish SAML 2.0 metadata
- Meet technical requirements (e.g. running up-to-date software)

How It Works
Any organization that wishes to share its services as a Service Provider can apply for membership and must commit to being bound by Nigeria Federation Policy and the various addenda.

Complete the Registration Form
Download and complete the eduID Federation Registration Form with your organizational and service details.

Organizational Approval
Have the application approved and signed by your organizational authority.

Onboarding & Configuration
The Eko-Konnect team will guide you through SP setup and federation onboarding.
